IT Support Intern

Embark on a learning journey with us as an IT Support Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and play a vital role in maintaining a seamless IT infrastructure for Star Swahili Learning Centre(SSLC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, ensuring a prompt and efficient resolution.
• Collaborate with the IT team to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security measures to safeguard information and systems.
• Respond to IT support tickets, inquiries, and provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate, 2nd-year student, or graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Clear and effective communication with end-users and team members.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve IT goals and support organizational objectives.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT procedures.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent IT support.
