Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, ensuring a prompt and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security measures to safeguard information and systems.
- Respond to IT support tickets, inquiries, and provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate, 2nd-year student, or graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Clear and effective communication with end-users and team members.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve IT goals and support organizational objectives.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT procedures.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent IT support.
